Accepted Forms of Payment:

Credit Card

Online orders can be placed automatically using Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready for shipment.

Invoice

If you choose the Invoice payment method, you may pay using Credit Card by Phone, Check or Money Order by Mail, or Purchase Order if your company has Terms with us. Simply select the Invoice payment method at checkout, make note of your order number, and follow the steps below:

  • Credit Card by Phone: Call us at 800-333-9325 Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. One of our Customer Service Representatives will apply your payment information to your order and your order will be processed for fulfillment. Please note: No order will be shipped until credit card information has been received.

  • Check or Money Order By Mail: Mail your check or money order to the following address: Prime Time Solutions, 23 Garfield Street, Torrington, CT 06790. Please be sure to write your order number on the check or money order for prompt processing. Please note: No order will be shipped until the check or money order has been received.

  • Purchase Orders: If your business has already been approved for an open line of credit, we will process your order within our standard shipping time. If you are an established business and would like to apply for terms with our company, please contact us for the appropriate forms.

PayPal

When you’re ready to check out, select the “Check out with PayPal” button in your cart. You can then log in to your PayPal account and check out directly through PayPal. Simply verify your shipping address and check out. Money will not be deducted from your PayPal account until your has shipped.
